Hi I'm Tera

I grew up in Montana. I'm a college student. I'm studying to be a pharmacist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read books, the classics and new releases. I am majoring in Chemistry and I love it. I enjoy swimming in lakes and rivers and hiking in the mountains. I have a twin brother and two little siblings. I love learning and understanding new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel, though that wasn't always the case. As a high school student I mainly attended church because my parents expected it. I wondered if God really knew and cared about me as an individual for over a year, I constantly prayed to know the answer. It took time, but as I was reading the scriptures I came across a verse that said that "whosoever shall put their trust in God shall be supported in their trials, and their troubles, and their afflictions, and shall be lifted up in the last day." This testified to me that God knows me personally and that, no matter how many times I made mistakes, He would always be there ready to embrace me as soon as I turned to Him again. I know that His grace is limitless, that if we truly desire a change in heart He can help us. I know that He will never give up on any of us. He atoned for all of our sins and all of our sorrows, and He understands us perfectly. His love is constant and unconditional, all we have to do is accept it, Him, and His gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by planning weekly activities for a group of young, single college students. We do things like play games, go on hikes, and service projects. I live my faith by example and strive to show people what I believe in through my words and actions.
