Hi I'm Ammon Christensen

I grew up in Cache Valley, Utah. I love airplanes, snakes, foursquare, and cameras! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from highschool, class of 2015. I love anything that flies. I am passionate towards cinematography, remote control planes, and RAZRs. I like classic rock! My future goals include: Become the helicopter pilot for Life Flight. Life Flight is the fastest way to get hurt people to the hospital. I also want to be a cameraman for GoPro. I really enjoy shooting and editing-I made my school's video-and I can't wait to use my talent in the big world!

Why I am a Mormon

I receive incredible peace and happiness by living the Gospel. By obeying the Word of Wisdom, I literally receive health benefits and blessings from diligently keeping harmful substance away from me. I have seen the Gospel work wonders in the lives of others. I live it. I love it. I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

The last few months, my Father in Heaven has been gearing my life towards becoming a missionary. In Cache Valley, we have a practice session for missionaries. It is called Mission prep. I am rock solid in the Gospel. Mission prep has helped me to really learn how to use my Gospel knowledge to invite others to come unto Christ. I get to teach the youth younger than I how to become a 'Gospel Workhorse'. I am very spiritually driven. I live my standards so that the other boys preparing for missions can see how much happiness the Gospel can bring.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Ammon Christensen
Look around you. The Earth was created by Jesus Christ. That's the first thing that tells me. The other thing is the swelling in my bosom. Every time I feel the Spirit, I enjoy knowing that there is a God up there that has my back. Show more Show less

What is being a Mormon like?

Ammon Christensen
God knows you better than you know you. By being a Mormon and living by His word, you are worthy to receive happiness only The Lord can serve, and you receive it through the Holy Ghost. Show more Show less

What is the role of the husband and the wife in the family?

Ammon Christensen
For neither is man without woman, neither is woman without man, in the Lord. The husband and wife must work diligently together in order to raise a posterity in righteousness. Ladies, you are so very important! Both man and wife really are critical. Personally, I am so humbled and excited for the opportunity I am blessed with to take my future sweetheart to the Temple, and raise children by her side. I feel love for her even as I type. I have no idea who my future sweetheart is. Show more Show less

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Ammon Christensen
Not only do I believe in the prophet, I love him! I know his words are revelation from God. I know that we can communicate directly to our God. The prophet is a seer and revelator that allows The Lord to give me further direction. Show more Show less
