Hi I'm Morgan Smith

Im from Las Vegas Nevada. I love to travel, I love science. I'm a Mormon, and I'm serving a mission in the Texas McAllen Mission

About Me

I love to hike, rock climb, and stargaze. I go to college at BYU in Provo, and I hope to study Tropical Ecology in Costa Rica after I graduate. I love science, especially Biology, and it testifies of a grand Creator.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this Gospel brings me so much joy. I am not perfect. I make mistakes but Christ will always be there for me, always forgive me, and always love me, no matter what I do. Im a Mormon because these truths resonate in me, like Ive always know them, only to forget them for a time when I came here.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving a full time mission to spread the Gospel of Christ. This Gospel has brought me hope when nothing else could, and I want others to know there is peace when we come unto Christ.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Morgan Smith
Nope! Missions are voluntary, but many members serve a mission when they are young adults. Why? everyone has different reasons, but the reason I am serving a mission is because I have gained so much from my knowledge of this Gospel, my Savior, His Atonement, and how it applies to me personally, that I want everyone to know they have that opportunity. When I have lost hope and nothing else seems to save me, the Gospel of Jesus Christ always has the answer and always brings me the hope I need. I am serving a mission to help people find this in their lives too. Show more Show less
