Hi I'm Emma

I'm the oldest of seven, I'm an artist and a sister missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been blessed to attend a university to study the arts, and I am grateful for the opportunity my Father in Heaven has given me to develop my talents and share them with others. When I'm not drawing, I'm home spending time with my family, likely watching a movie and eating popcorn, or ice cream, my favorite.

Why I am a Mormon

I know my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ live, and that they love and know me (and each of you) individually. Sometimes if I am careful to draw close to the spirit, I am blessed to see and feel a portion of the love God has for those around me, I marvel and rejoice at such prefect love extended toward us all. I know this is the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Its principles have guided me my whole life; given me purpose, hope, understanding and strength. I know that we have eternal potential and can return to live with Him again. I know that families can be together forever, that the Plan of Happiness is God’s plan for me. I know the Book of Mormon is true, each time I’ve read I have felt the Spirit testify to me that it is an additional testament of Christ, written by prophets of old in the Americas for us in the latter days. As I continue to study it, the Holy Ghost testifies of these truths. I know Joseph Smith translated this marvelous book. He is a prophet of God who restored Christ’s true church to the earth. I know President Monson is our living prophet today, from whom we can receive modern revelation. I know our Savior died to atone for our sins, I have been blessed with the Atonement’s enabling and redemptive powers in my life. I I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me, that He would rescue a soul so rebellious and proud as mine. I know my Redeemer lives, and that He loves me. I know that there will be triumphs and struggles that await me in in life. But I trust in my God, and I know as I do, and surrender myself to His will, He will help me to overcome my weaknesses and mold me into the servant He needs and that I want to become. I know that as I rely on the Lord I will be strengthened and guided in His work and my life. I know, "I can do all things in Christ which strengthen me." (Philippians 4:13) Amen

How I live my faith

I have served in multiple in my ward, I've been a Young Women's advisor and Personal Progress coordinator, and am currently serving a 18 month mission in Italy!
