Hi I'm Deborah Nelson

I love to love life. The gospel and my family make me so happy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small farm town in Northern Utah. I love everything about the outdoors; hunting, hiking, biking, fishing. I love to be outside. I also love my family more than anything. I am the youngest of nine with six older brothers, and two older sisters. My siblings are my very best friends, and my parents are my best examples. I am a junior in college and I am majoring in Parks and Recreation. I love to make memories, find adventure, and just have fun. I believe laughter is the very best medicine in this life and I love to be happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Gospel and I am eternally grateful for that. My parents are my greatest examples in this Gospel. They live it and they love it and they have taught me everything I know. I was baptized when I was eight years old and since then I have been able to strengthen my own testimony and connection with my Heavenly Father. This Gospel offers me so much peace and gives me hope for the future, because I know that if I obey God I can live with him again with my family. I can't imagine not being able to live with my family forever. I love the Plan of Happiness, and Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know that God is aware and has a plan for each and everyone of us. He loves us more than we will ever know.

How I live my faith

Currently I am preparing to go on an LDS mission. This is something that I never planned on doing, but I know that it is what God wants me to do. I am trusting God and I have faith in his love for me that I am willing to sacrifice 18 months of my current life to teach others and serve God. I know our Heavenly Father has a plan for us and he knows the best way for us to be happy. I cannot wait to bring God's children to this Gospel, and be able to give them the happiness and peace that the Gospel offers.
