Hi I'm Tanner Davison

I grew up with a lot of choices to be made at a young age, I am not perfect far from it, I am a mormon

About Me

Born in Washington in a loving family that couldn't seem to all get along moved to Utah at age 7 lived there most of my life high school wasn't your normal experience, regardless of parental advise decisions were made that caused a young boy to learn the reality of this world very quickly, I got to my own so called (low point) from having no money and no place to call a (home) I saw two paths and one led to worldly pleasures the other to a forgiving future and the blessings of a father unseen. I am on a journey along with all of you reading this, we strive for goodness and as the world changes around us may we hold fast to that iron rod and become as little children finding their eternal kingdom.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints because of the men and women who have been and who are leading this church and the testimonies they profess are to me undeniably true. I have felt my saviors arms hold me up and I have had experiences in my own life that I cannot deny, I know without a doubt that this church is the true and is the living church of Jesus christ and we are living in the days before he comes again and the most important work to be done is to prepare the children of men to meet their god. Pray for truth and seek him always.

How I live my faith

I am doing the best I can every day to live the standards of the church and to become better every day like you I am not perfect I struggle with temptation but I know at the end of the day we are to use the atonement and to never turn from him who saves us from ourselves but instead run to him and never forget that no matter what you have done where you have been how many times you have messed up he will not turn his back on you. I am called to serve in the Brazil Porto Alegre north mission

What is the Word of Wisdom that Mormons talk about?

Tanner Davison
The word of wisdom isn't a barrier members are forbidden to cross, they are more like guidelines that a loving heavenly father has set to help his children stay safe from the evils of the world and the dangers of sin. The word of wisdom is there to protect us not to deny us the pleasures of man. We were given agency and along with agency Satan devised this thing called addiction and addiction takes our agency and throws it out the window, by following the word of wisdom we exercise our agency daily and by doing so we are strengthening our relationship with our father in heaven. You will not only receive health benefits from following the word of wisdom but spiritual help and nourishment everyday. Show more Show less
