Hi I'm Terry Olson

I grew up, and have lived my life in Ursine (Eagle Valley) Nevada. graduated and worked at Lincoln Co. High school. I'm a mormon

About Me

I am a 58 year old retired food service manager. (Lunch Lady) I am married and have 2 grown children and 8 grandchildren. I have lived in the same area for all my life. My great grandfather help settle this area. It is a farming/ranching community. I love to walk, read, garden, and travel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized when I was 8 years old but never very active in the church. When I got married my husband was not a member. He decided to look in to my faith. He got baptized and we both have been going every since. I love the gospel. I know that Joseph Smith was a true profit. This church means everything to me. It brings my family together, we are sealed for time and eternity and that is my everything. It is not hard to give up some of the worldly things and know that your family is yours forever. The book of Mormon is a true book given to us to help and guide us. The Lord would not cut us off from profits and guidance now when we need it the most.

How I live my faith

I have been active in my church for 36 years. I have taught the youth and the ladies of our church. Worked in the nursery. Been a president of Primary (kids group) and Relief Society (ladies group) I have been a visit teacher. We travel 15 mile to go to church.
