Hi I'm Sister Jana Wall

I am a former college athlete, I grew up in Utah and went to school in Hawaii, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I played college soccer at BYU-Hawaii and have been playing since I was three. I am the youngest of my family of seven, and I love them! Reading, sports, and anything outdoors make me happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a home that practiced religion, specifically, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. As I was growing up, the beliefs of my parents kept me going to church and participating in service and gospel activities. As I have gotten older and gone out on my own, I have realized how important it is to gain my own testimony and belief of this gospel. Through much study, prayer, and reflection on past experiences I have come to the knowledge of the truthfulness of this gospel. Nothing else that I have accomplished in my life has brought me as much peace as this gospel, and living its teachings. It doesn't matter who you are, what you've done, or what you believe currently. Heavenly Father loves us and wants us to receive the fulness of his gospel. Come unto him, and he will bring you peace.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving an LDS mission in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I gave up a scholarship to play soccer for Brigham Young University- Hawaii, to serve the Lord in a different capacity; in California. No championship game won, no completed workout, no scholarship earned can compete with the happiness and satisfaction that testifying of my Savior, Jesus Christ brings into my heart. The peace that comes with understanding who Jesus Christ is and what He has done for me is unlike anything else that can be found. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is on the earth today to help us be happy and help us be clean so we can live with our Father in Heaven again. Jesus Christ did come, and He did die for us. He is waiting for each one of us with open arms to bear us up!
