Hi I'm Ryan

My family's from Germany; I was born in the US. I'm a LDS Missionary serving in North Dakota. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play guitar. I wrestled in high school. I speak German. I'm serving a mission in North Dakota. I'll be going to college for physics after my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. The reason I have stayed, is in personal discovery. I decided when i was in high school, to stop going to church, cause at the time my faith was nonexistent. I soon grew to realize that there was a serious difference. It was almost like feeling completely lost, and pointless. So I decided to pray. I felt so calm. I then decided to go back to church. After a while, and some events that are special to me, I decided that this was the true church, which lead me to decide to spend two years of my life to serve the God that has been gracious to me, by becoming a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. I know this church is true. I know without a doubt in my mind, that Jesus is my savior, and that he and his Father are real beings. I know that God still talks to his people through Modern Prophets. I say these things in the name of the son Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I am a Missionary for the LDS church. I wake up at 630 each morning with my companion, to study scripture, and to go out and meet people out in the communities we are serving in and teach them about our church, and our church's beliefs. We do this all day until about nine o'clock. Then we go back to our apartment and prepare for the next day. We [the elders] each give two years of our lives to this work. We take our calling serious, and with pride. We love teaching and meeting people. We love what we do.
