Hi I'm Kevin J. Baldwin

I've grown up in WY, USA. I'm a college student. I've been called to serve a mission in Zimbabwe. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college student in Laramie, WY attending the University of Wyoming. I'm majoring in Kinesiology and Health in hopes of becoming a Physical Therapist. I have just been called to the Zimbabwe Harare mission and am excited and nervous for such a great opportunity. I love singing, running, hunting, fishing, theatre, and sports. I'm a marathon runner, and am a member of an a cappella group called the Happy Jacks.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, and have seen and experienced so many great things that have strengthened my faith. There have been times, even recently where I questioned my faith, but I have since sought help from my family and Bishops to help me. I don't have a sure knowledge or much, but I have faith and I believe that this church is true, that Joesph Smith did help restore it to the earth, that we have a living prophet today, that families are eternal, that Heavenly Father answers our prayers, and that Jesus Christ died and was resurrected for me and you. The spirit is there, whether I decide to listen or not. It will help you.

How I live my faith

This past year I served as Elder's Quorum Second Counselor in my YSA ward. This means I worked with the men. I gave lessons, organized lot's of activities, helped organize home teaching, and visited with Quorum members.I learned a lot, and was able to see up close how things are run. I have since moved from that ward into another, and am currently preparing for my mission in Zimbabwe.
