Hi I'm Emma

I grew up in California learning to love my family and love the beach. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up being the youngest of four girls (poor dad!) I finished up a year at Brigham Young University, and now I am going on a mission for a year and a half in the Texas McAllen mission. I love going surfing with my dad, playing tennis, or doing yoga. I love sports or anything active. I am both a surf instructor and a professional baby-sitter and I love what I do.

Why I am a Mormon

After having read the Book of Mormon seriously, I felt that it was true. There is no doubt that I can deny it. From then, I have felt the same calming and peaceful feeling that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and his story is true. I have also felt that this Church has the restored gospel, and that the atonement was made so that we can one day return to our Heavenly Father's presence.

How I live my faith

In my ward, I have been active in helping to unify the young women ages 12-17 and was even a leader at our Girl's Camp. I later became one of the leader with the young single adult women, and taught them gospel principles and extended my love toward them. I then taught the youth of the church ages 3-12 as their weekly Sunday school.
