Hi I'm Becca

I love doing anything that makes me move, then eating, and then moving some more. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I grew up the youngest out of seven kids, and the only girl. Naturally I developed a love for sports and exercise. Along with expending energy, I love to consume it. Sometimes I even cry when I eat really good food. My passion for food has led to an interest in cooking and creating my own recipes. Another love in my life is music. I have played the piano since I was seven, am currently learning to drums, and have attempted to learn how to sing. I especially love writing and composing my own music. I am a Sophomore in college studying exercise and wellness, and it just now took me seven tries to spell exercise correctly. More than anything, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have felt and seen the blessing of the gospel in my life. I have read the Book of Mormon and experimented on it's teaching, and found them to be true. I am happier when I follow Christ's teachings to love, work, learn, and serve. I have seen how the gospel changed people's lives for the better. I have also seen how a lack of faith has been the cause of much pain and unhappiness in others. The gospel provides me with purpose and direction, not only giving me hope for the future, but peace in the present. I am a Mormon because Christ's true church has been restored, and this is it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by befriending and serving those around me. Whether it be playing the piano for church meetings, or digging tree rings at a local park, I do what I can to give back. I am getting a college degree to expand my knowledge and capabilities, so I can be better equipped to work and serve as an active participant in the community.
