Hi I'm Zach

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm a die hard Utes fan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old which makes me the youngest in my family of 6. They mean the world to me! When not with friends or family, I can be found at any athletic event involving the University of Utah. Go Utes! Traveling is probably my favorite "hobby." I love experiencing new cultures and exploring the world. I've planned multiple trips for my family and for others. I have been on two humanitarian trips to India and a piece of me will always be with the people I know and love in the Himalayas!

Why I am a Mormon

I am extremely lucky to have been raised as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. However, members born into the Church like myself are still encouraged to have their own conversion. My conversion came when I read The Book of Mormon and attended the temple often. The Spirit is undeniable while reading and while in the House of the Lord! I am proud to be a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have been called to serve in the Russia Rostov-na-Donu MIssion. I feel like the luckiest man alive to be able to serve in southwest Russia for the next two years! Being a missionary means leaving family and friends for two years without much contact. It is no doubt the hardest thing I have ever embarked on but the blessings will outweigh the trials!
