Hi I'm Alexandra

I'm a die-hard sports fan, a statistician, a missionary and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am 22 years old and I am currently serving as a missionary in Montana. I studied actuarial science for 3 years before I decided to leave the warmth of Arizona for the cold of Montana to serve the Lord. And I couldn't be happier! Besides being a statistics fanatic, I also really enjoy playing and watching sports! My favorites are soccer and football. I grew up playing sports in the summer heat of Arizona with my four siblings! I also love trying new things and seeing new places! I want to visit as many places and meet as many people as I can in my lifetime!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because through trial and error I have come to a sure knowledge that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only source of true happiness. I know that this is Jesus Christ's church restored on the earth today. I know that through a living prophet He continues to give instruction to guide us in our day because He loves us! I am a Mormon because I feel the love of my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ as I heed the commands given in the scriptures. I am a Mormon because the Book of Mormon is another testament of Christ that has brought tremendous peace in my life. I am a Mormon because through the blessings of the temple I can again see loved ones that have passed on and I can live with them and my family for eternity. I am a Mormon because the Holy Spirit has testified to me of the truthfulness of this gospel and has filled me with joy I have never known before. And you can feel it too!

How I live my faith

Everyone lives their faith differently. Currently, I am living my faith as a missionary for the Lord. I have taken a year and half off of school to bring the joy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Montana. I try to live each day as the Savior would. Meaning, all my thoughts and actions are turned towards serving others and bringing them into the fold of Jesus Christ. However, this is just one way to live your faith. Living your faith really comes down to walking the path the Savior walked and following His example to the best of your ability. I hope that I can do that everyday on my mission and for the rest of my life!
