Hi I'm Alexis Izatt

I grew up in Star Valley Wyoming. I've served as a BYU-I Student Ambassador and a manager over a Soup Kitchen. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Star Valley, most of my life. I have two older brothers, one older sister, a loving Mother and Father. My family loves to travel. We have go to the Red Wood Forest to the sparkling capital of Washington DC. For the total of states I have visited is 31. When we were younger our parents would buy us kids the disposable Kodak cameras when ever we traveled, so we document the great memories we would have in the places we visited. Over the years working with this camera and then with the digital camera, I grown to love taking pictures and had grown a great talent for it. Other things that I love to do is drawing, sculpting, doing things out doors. When I graduated from High School I decided to go BYU-Idaho to further my education as an Art Education teacher. My future plans is to become an Art therapist. As an Art therapist I want to use the talents that lord has given me to help those who have physical and mental problems. It is a way for me to give back to my Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the gospel brings so much LIGHT and HAPPINESS to ME! I am a Mormon because it tells me who I AM and WHERE I came from, which I am A CHILD OF GOD and GOD is my loving Heavenly Parent. I am a Mormon because I know Gods plan and I know how to return to him because of the tools which he has provided me with. And I'm Glad to be a Mormon because I know I live with my family for Eternity!

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday and think about my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and the things that they have done for me. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I have callings to up hold which is visiting teaching. That is when I go visit other ladies in our ward and see how they are doing and help them in any way I can. I have and had other calling which have/had made me grow in different ways. By having calling it helps us members and those around us left each other up and build like Zion community.
