About Me

I am really a more of the odd kind of person, I think I am funny and like to make any joke that I can, frequently I am told that I cross the line but I do my best to be in control! I love baking and making treats, Im not huge for cooking but I love to make me desserts and I can sure bake bread! Husband me!  Im a missionary serving in the Argentina Mendoza mission as the secretary to the president. I love doing what I do, which no one really understands. I work in the visas and travels for the mission here trying to make sure that we have as few people illegal and trying to get people from one area to another. I’ve gone from a child to a man here in this foreign country and I owe it to my God! I am a big fan of video gaming and I will bet that I can beat just about anyone in a good game of super smash! I love swimming and any kind of sport that has to do with water. I play the drums and had a band that performed at the 2013 comic con in salt lake. I love to be around the temple ad frequently as possible and feel the great spirit that accompany such a beautiful place and building! More than anything I love life, I love being a person on this earth that gets to have such incredible experiences day by day!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know it to be true. Many people thing that being born in this church im only here and part of it because it’s what I should be doing. But, in reality there is no such thing as being born in the church to me. All of us, members since birth or recent converts, have had to have some form of faith that has led them here. I wasn’t perfect, I had to struggle and I came out learning the truthfulness and importance of this gospel. I’d read the book and Id studied the subject but still didn’t know for a long time. Then finally sitting in a religious class in my high school praying to find the truth I was hit that I already knew that the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is true. The spirit of god touched my heart and my soul in such a way and I knew it to be the truth. I thank the lord almighty for giving me this experience so that I could be converted and know for myself that it was true. I know that it works for everyone, that god will let us all know what the truth is. He loves us and he wants us to be happy and to be able to know for ourselves of his plan so that we can be happy. I testify of his love with all my heart, and that is why I am Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live by my faith by serving others and my god. I am a firm believe that I am not just Christian or Mormon in the church building on Sundays but every day. Something that I haven’t always been so good at in my life. I feel like when we are serving others be it teaching them about the gospel or simply helping them carry grocery bags we are doing a little part for the church and for god. We are serving him and thus showing what we believe and stand for in the church. As a missionary for the church I have the opportunity to preach and share the gospel to those in need who haven’t been able to get to know the savior or the doctrine of repentance and sharing that and helping others truly come unto Christ is how I feel I live my religion.
