Hi I'm Hannah

I love to write, sing, design, run, and eat chocolate. I am currently serving in the Italy Rome Mission, I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am from Monroe, Utah, which is in the middle of nowhere and doesn't have a Target, but it makes up for it because you can actually see the stars there. My loves in life are singing and writing songs, designing, reading, running, being with friends and writing. I love to write, but not about myself. I have four siblings and eight step siblings, and if I could describe my life in one word I think it would be "chaotic." Of course, it is the best kind of chaos a person could ask for. I feel deeply and have a lot of dreams and want a lot out of life, but I have found that really, it is the simple, tiny things that truly make life precious. I don't know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want to be happy, and I want others to be happy by helping them heal from whatever hurt they have experienced in their life. I know they can find that healing through their biggest fan, Jesus Christ, as I have found during my time serving Him.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 9 years old my parents divorced, and it is something that turned my world upside down. It is something I still struggle with coming to terms with today, but I have learned so much from it. I have learned that even when we may feel broken, or we wonder how things can ever work out, like they seem kind of hopeless, that they never are. We may not be completely whole yet, but we are not broken. Through Christ, we can never be broken. The completeness of His love can make us whole, and this I believe with my whole heart. It is what gets me out of bed every morning and out the door, knowing that I have someone right beside me who understands my every heartache and mistake. He knows my heart better than anyone. And I want others to know that they can feel His love in their lives stronger than ever before if they will trust and turn to Him. I find great urgency in this message of healing, and hope, and I desire that everyone knows about His love! I have seen families come back together, wounds heal and hearts mend because of His undeniable love for us. And if you haven't felt it yet, get on your knees and pour out your heart to Him, and ask Him to touch your heart and I know, with all that I am, that if you truly have an open heart, you will feel it in a way you could never deny. I know that when things seem like they are breaking down, concentrating and remembering His love for us makes whatever is going wrong seem like just a side note. He can take whatever we find to be unmanageable and transform it into something that makes perfect sense. He is always the answer, and He is always there.

How I live my faith

I am serving in the Italy Rome Mission. My love for my Savior has grown as I forget my worries, my fears, and my burdens and trust in Him to guide me. I have definitely been tried incredibly, but I have never felt so much pure joy. My life is now simplified through Christ, and when I teach and testify to others of his saving, healing grace, I feel His presence so closely. I know He is there for us, every second. I have an ever growing testimony of his love for every soul, every sister and brother and friend, and I try every day to be perfected through Him by seeking Him and letting Him into my heart. I have found that repenting daily, loving daily, being grateful daily, and asking Him to guide me daily is how I have been able to truly live. And I've never felt more alive.
