Hi I'm Elder Hardy

I was raised on a reindeer farm in Palmer, Alaska. I love Acting, Singing, and Dancing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like Acting, and Singing. I have played Characters such as, Kristoff from Frozen, and Buddy the Elf. I'm serving on a mission to Lubbock, Texas. In the Big Spring, Texas Area!!!! Love it here and will keep you updated! I'm enjoying the chance to be a missionary. Lots of people tell you a mission is the hardest, but best thing you will ever do. There are some reasons and no one really could explain them to me, and while it is really complicated I want to tell you what I have learned on my mission. 1. It's not about you. Not much in the gospel is about you, however you get so much out of it. While God loves me personally and keeps me going, he asks me to set aside part of my life, so he can have 1 on 1 hands on experience with me. It's Great! 2. Seeing the good in others. When I first got out on the mission, people were not always the nicest. But a mission helps you to understand that everyone is a child of God. This helps you gain respect for others and love them. 3. The Gospel comes first. I can honestly say I have no idea who reads these profiles, but if you do, you should know that the gospel coming first in your life will bless you more than you can imagine. God loves you so much, and he will take good care of you!

Why I am a Mormon

I believe in the church of Jesus Christ, I was born a Mormon, but I didn't truly believe in the Church until I was 15, even though I was born being taught and living the gospel I had to learn what my faith was for my self.

How I live my faith

I did plays in high school, and I have been in many community theater plays. Such as, South Pacific, Brigadoon, Aida, and City of Angels. I share my talent with others, to bring joy to their lives. I also, live as an example for others, by staying true to my faith. Right now I am living my faith by serving a mission. In Lubbock, TX I know I can show others what I believe just by being a shining light biking the streets. I hope my example influences others, and my testimony can help other to gain their own.

What is the Word of Wisdom that Mormons talk about?

Elder Hardy
The Word of Wisdom is a law given by Heavenly Father, that is meant to keep our bodies physically and mentally clean, Under the influence of certain substances we can lose our ability to make our own choices, sometimes these substances can cause harm to our bodies like health problems, These substances include Tobacco, Alcohol, Coffee and Tea, and Illegal drugs. Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Elder Hardy
I believe all who did not have the chance in this life to be baptized should have the opportunity. All people who believe that Jesus Christ suffered for our sins, should believe by that same power (The Priesthood Authority of God) We can before proxy baptisms for those who don't have the opportunity. God loves us too much to send us to earth without the chance to succeed. When someone is baptized for a person who has died, that person who has died does not have to accept the ordinance. But they are given the opportunity and that's good enough for me. Show more Show less
