Hi I'm Lynn Laws

I was born in Southeastern Utah, I was born into a Mormon family and raised to be such. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived most of my life in southern Utah. I have worked numerous jobs and am currently retired. I enjoy being outside and seeing new things and places. I ride 4-wheelers, jeeps and a Harley to assist in my being able to do that. I have had the oppertunity to see most of the states in the US as well as Europe and south America with my wife.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the LDS religion. In junior high school we were given the assignment to read the Book of Mormon before the school year was over. I was a poor reader so I borrowed some records and listened and followed the words in the book. As I did so I was impressed that it was true. As different trails came in life I often reflected back that the B of M is true, therefore Joseph Smith was a prophet and this thing was a principle he taught therefore this is true.

How I live my faith

I have had the oppertunity to serve in NYC and surrounding areas and states on a full time mission when I was younger. Since that time I have spent much time sharing the gospel on two different Native Indian reservations near my home, I have been involved in many of their funerals and happy times as well as tragic and sad times. I have held many different church positions. Probably the most enjoyable was teaching those that were going to the temple for the first time. Many of these were young people going on missions or getting married but it once included a 92year old.
