Hi I'm Ty

I grew up on an Emu ranch in Idaho. I currently work as a critical care nurse. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to a wonderful wife and we have an infant son. I enjoy playing soccer and going fishing. I am currently going back to school to work on my Master's Degree.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon when i was in my teens. It was a hard time in my life and i remember praying and asking God if the Mormon church was true. When i was done praying i opened the scriptures and began reading the first verse i read was said , "behold you have all things as a testimony that they are true." this scripture drove deep into my heart. i felt through the power of the Holy Ghost that this church is true. Again and again i have had many similar experiences in my life when i wanted to know if God cared about me and each time he would answer me after i would ask. I know that if you will kneel down and ask God he will answer the truth unto you. I know because each time he has done so for me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by the way i live my life. I currently work with the 11 year old scouts each week for a couple hours, helping them to learn life lessons and become upstanding citizens. I also am a missionary for our ward and i enjoy helping to build the faith of others in Jesus Christ. I also live my faith in my community as a Nurse by caring for others as i believe Jesus Christ would expect me to care for the sick and afflicted.
