Hi I'm Madeline

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm 18 years old and I'm the manager at a delicious bakery. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have 4 siblings, 3 sisters, one brother and a little dog. I love swimming, singing, drawing, and baking. In my free time I love to do photography or listen to music. During huh school I had the opportunity to go on a humanitarian trip to Honduras. It was an amazing experience and I met some incredible people with vibrant souls and a great, strong love for God. Going on a mission will be a great way to continue that. Following my mission I plan to attend Dixie State or Utah Valley and I'm leaning to have a career in Cosmology hair school, or interior design.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church. I choose to stay in the church and follow the teachings because I love this gospel and I know it is true. I know the Book of Mormon is true and I know Joseph Smith was a true Prophet. I know that the prophet and other church leaders on the earth today hold the priesthood keys that are necessary to receive personal revelation from the Lord, and tat the things they are saying are true. I know I see how this gospel changes lives. I see how the light of Christ can bring such happiness into someones life. I see how people work together to serve and love those around them. I see the blessings I have received from following the teachings. I see the love of Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by preparing to be a full time Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. In my ward, I am part of the Young Women group. I help watch over, participate in, and love the young women. I can be an example to the younger girls by sharing my testimony and following the values and standards that are set to help me become closer to my Father in Heaven. I help organize activities for the Young Men and Young Women, such as future missionary activities. Everyday I live my faith by dressing modestly, saying kind words, being friendly to those I don't know, and sharing my love for the gospel with others.
