Hi I'm Eric Talanoa

I grew up in a small but brave little island called Tonga. Proud and Blessed to be a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated Tonga High School. I love any kind of outdoor sports. In all my life, serving others is one of my favorite things to do.I pretty much adapted this behavior from the atmosphere in which i was raised in my family. Serving others is a habit past down from our loving grandparents down to us in which I hope it would be carried on by our future generations. Our family might not be rich but we seek ways to offer help when we can.The feeling you get through service is so unique that you can just feel closer to our Savior and Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

I pretty much grew up in the church so obviously I had no choice to seek any other religion but as I grew older, my understanding of the gospel began to grow into a stage where i finally had a better perspective of my life. I have finally come to realize our Heavenly Father's plan for all of us. I have come to find a deeper purpose in my life. The true and eternal purpose why we are here on earth. Just living the teachings of the gospel has blessed me and my family in so many ways that everyday I think to myself "I am really grateful that I was raised in the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints in which was restored by the Prophet Joseph Smith under the guidance of our loving Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by simply applying the teachings of the gospel in my life in which I have seen with mine own eyes its many blessings . The only way you can come to know whether something is true and good is if you try it out yourselves. That is why I am currently serving a mission to help others especially families receive and share the many blessing I and my family have received in this gospel.
