Hi I'm Edwin

I grew up in Roosevelt Utah, I am studying music education at USU. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm finishing my music education degree at USU in Logan. I've been married for almost 2 years now. I love to hike, mountain bike, road cycling, lap swimming, soccer, and being with my wife. Family is what I value most in life and hope to raise my kids to understand that same belief.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love having God's gospel and his love in my home. Through all of our struggles with limited personal time due to work, school, and the trials we all face in life, I am always comforted knowing my Heavenly Father is there for me and wanting me to learn and grow through it all. I am more optimistic knowing he is there with me through all the good times and hard times. I am a Mormon because I know my future family will be strengthened and avoid much of the conflicts of the world if they are able to grow on our LDS beliefs. These are just my main reasons why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I just moved wards, being college students, both my wife and I are always changing wards. We still have a lot of opportunities to serve and help in the church though. We try to look for ways to help, even when our crazy education schedules limit our time to mostly Sundays with our wards. In the past I've taught in primary, nursery, ward choirs, sunday school, and other callings. Any way I can help I try my best to do so.
