Hi I'm Jacob Anderson

I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am currently an LDS missionary, called to San Antonio, Texas. I am also a musician. I play the Cello, Piano, and have sung in multiple choirs as a Tenor or Bass. I have preformed in show choirs and participated in award winning Pit Orchestras. I have moved 19 times in almost as many years, mostly in Utah, Idaho and Washington. I hope to attend BYU-Idaho after my mission, but have yet to choose a major.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have come to a knowledge of the truth of this church's teachings. It all just feels so right, and it is comforting in it's all-encompassing nature. I was born into the church, and was brought up on it's teachings, but I could not have been content with a passive testimony. I have learned of the truth of the LDS church through sincere study, prayer, and deep thought. When the Holy Ghost testifies to you of the truth, which He will do after the effort we have provided, you will know, with a personal depth greater than words, that you have found truth. That is what happened to me, and I thank God for it.

How I live my faith

I live the gospel by example, and I live it in exactness. Everything we do, others notice. They see the joy we have in our lives, and through our interactions with them, we help them to find that joy and peace. In all that I say and do, I show what I believe.
