Hi I'm Emma

I grew up in Utah, I went to DECA Nationals (ICDC), I love Zumba, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have a massive love of reading and Eragon is the book that started it all. I have a strange love for watching Korean Dramas along with listening to KPop (Korean Pop) music. I am a photographer by nature and I love to capture flowers and the sky. I have finished my associates degree in college and have now decided to serve a mission. My mission call is to Taiwan, Taichung and I can't wait to serve the people and learn the language!

Why I am a Mormon

I was not very active in the church as a youth until I decided to attend early morning seminary. It was not a fast conversion of faith by all means, but it helped plant a seed. Around the age of 16 or 17 I began steadily going to church. I know that by attending church steadily that your weeks will be better and that you will find a peace during the week that you may otherwise not have. I am a Mormon because I know that what is taught is true. I have gained a testimony of these things through prayer, scripture study, and fasting. Prayer is a simple act of talking to Heavenly Father about your questions, your hopes, and about your day in general. He is our Heavenly Father and my best friend. Prayer brings me a sense of peace and comfort that I would otherwise be lacking in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by studying the scriptures and praying with a sincere heart. I am currently serving a mission in Taiwan, Taichung . By serving the Lord and bringing people closer to Christ I am able to learn more about the gospel and how to better serve people.
