Hi I'm Matthew Priebe

I grew up in Coeur d' Alene. I enjoy nearly every sport. I love to spend time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently graduated from High School. During my time there I participated in a program called Dual Enrollment which allowed me to attend college full time my Junior and Senior year and graduate with my Associates degree. When I am not at school I enjoy playing lacrosse and basketball. Around my school schedule I worked at Costco and ran a lawn mowing business with my brothers. I am the third oldest in a family of 10 children, eight boys and two girls, and I love being a big brother. I have been called to serve a mission in Tijuana Mexico.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church but I have also taken the time to build my own testimony. I have read the Book of Mormon and have asked God if it is true. I received and answer to that prayer and many others. By living the principles of the gospel completely I have seen countless blessings. I feel that I have a personal relationship with my Heavenly Father and my Savior. I know I am a child of God and loved individually. I am thankful for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the ability that gives me to repent and remove guilt and sorrow. Because of the joy that I have experienced I feel a great desire to share the message of the restored gosple of Jesus Christ with others.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending my church meetings regularly, praying, reading my scriptures and serving other. For the last several months I have taught the 12 year old Sunday School Class. I have been a home teacher for the past 4 years, which means that I have certain families that visit and watch over and help in any way that I can. I have accepted the call to serve a two year mission where I will get the opportunity to live my faith every moment of every day!
