Hi I'm Zackery Youngblood

I'm a Southerner, a YouTuber, an Artist, an Author (in progress), a student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in the deep religious roots of the American Southeast. I love exercising my creativity! Anything from photography to design to writing, I love it! Though I've lived around those of differing beliefs nearly all my life, I've seen the difference and the joy that the restored gospel has brought me, and I aim to be able to share it through everything I do!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know this church is true. I know that our Heavenly Father loves each and every one of us. I feel that every time I struggle or make a mistake. When I get on my knees and address my Heavenly Father, I believe He hears me and I can feel His love in the darkest of days. It is because of the truth found in this church that I know this.

How I live my faith

If I can help others to see how the gospel has impacted me, and how it can impact them, I feel satisfied. In all that I do, I strive to let the light of Christ shine and help everyone to understand what a wonderful joy the gospel truly is. The fact that God has agin reached out to His children in love is incredible. It has truly made my life worthwhile.

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

Zackery Youngblood
God is our loving, caring, forgiving Heavenly Father. He knows exactly how each of us can be happy like He is. He sent us here to receive a body and be tested so that we may become like unto Him. If we obey His commandments, we can come to live with Him again! Show more Show less

What is faith?

Zackery Youngblood
Faith is believing without seeing. If we have faith in Christ, we can begin to see small miracles in our lives. Through faith in our Savior's Atonement, we can repent and feel our grief taken away as we are forgiven of our sins. Faith is a principle of action since true faith will turn our hearts and actions to Christ and the loving plan of our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Zackery Youngblood
The whole of creation testifies of the presence of a divine creator. From the smallest of cells to the greatest of galaxies, the universe displays the power of God. The motion of the planets are like clockwork. All things testify of our creator. The more one studies the universe, the more one can see how incredibly brilliant the Creator's design truly is. Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Zackery Youngblood
God has always spoken through prophets. In Amos, chapter three, verse seven, we read, "Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth his secret unto His servants the prophets." Again, in Ephesians, we read that the church is "built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone..." (Ephesians 2:20). That same organization set forth by the Son of God during His mortal ministry exists in God's one true church today. You can come to know of this fact for yourself as you sincerely ask in prayer to receive an answer. God always answers the sincere prayers of His children! What greater witness can you have than from God? Show more Show less

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?

Zackery Youngblood
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints continues to grow as those who investigate the church come to know of its truthfulness, not through our word, or because we convince them to join, but because each individual, as a spirit child of our Heavenly Father, is entitled to receive revelation for themselves. One of the biggest things that I have noticed in this church is that we are expected to search for truth through study and pray to know through the power of the Holy Ghost what is true. For it is "by power of the Holy Ghost [that we] may know the truth of all things." (Moroni 10:5) Show more Show less
