Hi I'm Noah

I'm the oldest of four children. I grew up in Peoria Arizona. I'm a future missionary. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I have lived in the same stake for 13 years. I attended a small charter high school where I played football, soccer, and ran track. Soccer is by far by favorite hobby and will often get together with my brother and all our friends and play together. I have been called to serve as a missionary to the Republic of Congo, Brazzaville mission and Cameroon mission area. I was accepted to BYU and deferred my acceptance to serve a mission. I plan to attend there the winter after I come home and hopefully study mechanical or electrical engineering. I absolutely love my family. I am the oldest of four siblings, and we are best friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this religion makes me experience so much happiness and joy. I have been raised with friends who all have the same high standards that I have. I have learned from some of the best and most spiritual mentors. The knowledge I have that I get to be with my family forever makes me so happy. I would do anything for my family, and the knowledge that if I do what I am supposed to do and keep the commandments I can be with them forever is one reason why I continue to follow His gospel. Christ said "if ye love me, keep my commandments" and if there is anyone who I love more than my family it is Jesus Christ. He has done so much for all of us and me in particular. I know he suffered and died for me. I know that through his sacrifice I can repent of my sins and be clean. There are so many promised blessings that accompany following His gospel that it is unimaginable to me to not follow His teachings. I know and have received confirmation that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that he translated the Book of Mormon, and that the Book of Mormon is true. I feel the spirit when I read and apply its words to my life. I am grateful for modern day inspiration and prophets that help guide me. They help me avoid the temptations of life and keep me on the correct path. I know Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet on this Earth today and he is there for us. All of these decisions and beliefs I have are because I have made them. I don't live the way I do because my parents believe in the church or because my leaders have told me its the right way to live. I follow His gospel because I know for my self that it is true, and it brings me so much happiness.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through service and love. I am a home teacher so I get to visit certain families every month and teach them and check up on them. I have been involved in young men's leadership for a long time and I love planning events and running meetings for those in my group. I also live my faith by going on a mission. I am dedicating two years of my life to my Heavenly Father who has given me everything. I am going 8,500 miles from home but I have faith that I will be protected and I know that what I am doing is exactly what I need to do right now.
