Hi I'm Benson

I lived in the Dominican Republic during my junior and senior years of high school, I love basketball and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I speak Spanish from my time in the DR I love all sports, but basketball the most. I have eight sisters and one brother, I love ice cream and most of all I love this gospel

Why I am a Mormon

I've been going to church for as long as I can remember, I love it! I love the spirit that I feel there and I'm grateful that my parents chose to make it such a big part of my life. Last year I decided that I needed to stop relying on the testimonies of my parents and that I needed to find out do myself, so I began to study and pray for that testimony, later in the year I suddenly realized that I already had a testimony, I knew that this gospel is true and I had known it my whole life, it was a fact to me, the sun rises in the morning the sky is blue and Jesus Christ died for my sins. I know that you to be true with all of my being.

How I live my faith

I love the church right now I don't have a calling because I am very close to leaving on a mission to the Philippines, where I will invite others to come to Christ! I can't wait to get out there even though it will be tough to leave the people and conveniences that I love I know that this is the right way.
