Hi I'm Brooke

Born and raised in Idaho. I love basketball and salt and vinegar chips. I will be serving in Mendoza, Argentina. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a middle child. There's seven people in my family, and seven chickens. I love basketball and pole vaulting with all my heart. I recently graduated high school and received my call to serve the Lord. I love hiking to beautiful waterfalls. I have a dog named Samantha but she responds to any and every nickname. I have a secret passion for singing loud Frozen songs, (which makes it not so secret). I love my family and love that we are eternal.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is the only thing that has brought me true happiness. My grandpa was born a Catholic and after marrying my grandma decided they needed to join a church. He meet with the missionaries who taught him that families could be together forever. He knew this had to be the true church because something as amazing as families had to be eternal. I love this gospel. It has brought me true joy and everlasting love. I can't wait to bring others the same knowledge and happiness that I've received.

How I live my faith

I currently attend the single's ward in our area. I love it so much. There's so many different activities and friends to meet and make each time. We have game nights and Family Home Evening lessons and games, we play basketball almost twice a week and there's even institute. There's never a weekend we don't get together. It's a great way to never feel like your alone and to know that your family is bigger then just blood. Being a Sunday School teacher is intimidating because there's so many return missionaries, but I know the Lord trusts me and the spiritual growth is better preparing me to serve a full time mission.
