Hi I'm Karl

I was born into the Church, I am a student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have two siblings and am the son of amazing parents, both of which are Church members. I love all of my family and can't wait to be with them forever in Heaven. I love learning and interacting with good people. I am still a high school student and I also attend an early-morning seminary class. In addition to academic and spiritual learning, I actively pursue many interests, including music and and influencing others through a YouTube Channel. Aside from useful hobbies and interests, I care passionately about my favorite sports teams, love spending time with my friends, and enjoy volunteer work at local charities.

Why I am a Mormon

I was always raised as a member of the Church, but have gained my own personal witness that this is the true Church of Jesus Christ. I have read the Book of Mormon multiple times, and I continue to read it every day. Doing this has allowed the Lord to give me this witness. Prayer is a huge part of my life. I have learned over the past few years that God really does hear our prayers and answers them in the best way He can. I believe that He hears every prayer that I offer, whether in public or private, whether silent or spoken. Reading the scriptures about Jesus Christ has led me to know that He really is the Son of God. The Bible says that He lived on earth for about 33 years, taught His Gospel, suffered for our sins, died on the Cross, and then overcame death by being the first to be resurrected. I have come to know that these ancient records describing His life, known as the Bible, are true. He my Savior. He is my Redeemer. He is the Son of God. This is my Testimony in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I just love the scriptures more than anything else! God's Word to us in the Bible and the Book of Mormon have changed my life unlike anything else. In addition to trying to maintain a relationship with my Heavenly Father through constant prayer, I serve as a leader of the young men in my age group, which is the 14-15 year old young men. I am also occasionally asked to speak in Church meetings on Sunday. About two years from now I will graduate high school and plan to serve as a missionary wherever the Lord calls me. This will last two years. I look forward to being able to serve God's children in some other part of the world!
