Hi I'm Toni Harris

I grew up in Utah and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. I love to read, make quilts, and go camping with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized a member of the church when I was 12 years old. My family was totally inactive and a girl friend in the ward would pick me up and take me to church every Sunday. I have her to thank for my conversion and activity in the church. I'm so thankful for the gospel in my life and for our Savior who has given us everything, even a way to return to him. The Book of Mormon is such an important part of my life and I'm grateful for ancient prophets who kept such sacred records for us. They knew that we would read them and knew what we would need in our life to help us. We have such a loving Heavenly Father who wants us to return to him and through the Priesthood and sealing power in the temple, we can accomplish that. He wants us to be with our earthly families and our heavenly family too of which we are all a part of. I'm so thankful for our living Prophet, President Monson and all those that serve with him. They are truly men of God and lead and guide this church today.

How I live my faith

I was serving as a teacher for the 10 and 11 year old girls. Love, love, love it! They are so eager to learn and are so much fun to be with. I also organize a progressive dinner for the adults that our ward looks forward to every year. It's fun to meet new people that have moved in our ward and this gives us an opportunity to do that.
