Hi I'm Nathan

I grew up in Utah, I have a passion for the outdoors, boating, snowmobiling, and hunting, I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I live in Northern Utah, so i have mountains and lakes minutes away from me so it keeps me busy, me and all my friends interests are snowmobiling, boating, and hunting so we are busy all year, and its easy to find out what to do for fun. I am graduated as of the Spring of 2015 and I am 18 years old. I am currently getting ready to serve a mission for 2 years in the Argentina Bahia Blanca Mission, I leave November 18, 2015 and return in November 2017. Couldn't be happier to serve the people of Argentina and teach them about the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church and have always gone to church my whole life growing up and was baptized a member when I was 8 years old. I was always expected to go to church, but once I got into my teenage years I knew I needed to make it my own decision to go to church and not just go for my parents, so I made my decision to go for my self cause I knew that I liked church and I believed and knew it was a true church as well. I made the decision to go for myself because I knew it was true when I was around 12 years old and have been a strong member in the church ever since then. It has blessed me in so many ways, I know that god looks out for each and every one of us and loves us with the fullest of his heart. He knows our struggles and our pains but he can get us through all of them because he loves us. Thats why I am a Mormon because of his love for me and I can feel it in my heart, which feeds me to learn more about this gospel.

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is I try and magnify my callings and what the church has asked me, at least once a month me and my father go to a ward family members house and teach them or visit with them, showing them that we care about them and seeing if we can help there family in any way. We are known as home teachers. We also have home teachers visit us as well, its always a blessing to have them come over and be our friends. Other ways I live my faith is helping others and the widows in the ward that the youth visit weekly and just to talk to them, and you can tell that it truly blesses them. Ive noticed the blessings in my life and in their life in visiting them and through helping them.
