Hi I'm Carl

I was born and raised in Arizona, I'm preparing to serve a Mission for my church for two years, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Being a wildly imaginative kid, I don't feel like I ever really lost my sense of wonder and imagination. I love to write (the quality of the writing can be debated) and I hope to someday work in the writing field. I'm currently working, and waiting to go on my mission. I leave for the MTC in just over a month.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon for a few reasons. For one, I love the feeling of happiness I get from living the teachings of my church. The Mormon lifestyle is really the lifestyle I want to live for the rest of my life, because it not only makes me happy, but it also encourages me to be a better person. I have also felt of the truth of my church. Through several prayerful experiences, I know that this church is Jesus Christ's restored church on the earth today, and I am so thankful that I've been able to grow up in the restored gospel.

How I live my faith

I'm called to teach the 7-year-olds in my ward, and I prepare to teach the lesson every other week for the kids. To be expected, a lot of this calling is learning how to control 7-year-olds with seemingly limitless amounts of energy, but every time I teach a lesson, I become a little better at it.
