Hi I'm Scott

I grew up in Nampa Idaho, I play basketball, love acting and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old and have spent all 18 years in the church. My father was in the military and through that he met my mother who he converted to the LDS faith. We moved around from Maryland to Missouri to California and then finally settled in Idaho. I have recently graduated high school where I was very involved in theater and basketball. I have played basketball for 10 years and despite injuries have always loved playing the game and it is something that I hope can be part of my life forever. I have been in 7 local productions. I am currently applying to BYU Hawaii but I am going to defer my enrollment to serve a full time mission in Albuquerque New Mexico where I have been called to serve recently. I am very excited to serve the Lord as a full time missionary,

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church and have always been taught the importance of my faith. I have never thought that I should not be a part of this church and it brings me much happiness and joy. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ is the true restored church on the Earth today and that it blesses the lives of millions around the world. There is no group I would rather be a part of than the Mormon church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church each sunday and participating in activities that have been set up for the youth of our church. I have also been preparing myself to serve the Lord as I have been called to serve as a full time missionary. Everyday I try to be a little better and try to keep improving myself so I can be a better disciple of Christ.
