Hi I'm Nick

I am a full-time dad, attorney by day, coach by night, and lover the of out-of-doors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of three beautiful boys and one sweet daughter in addition to being the husband of a terrific wife with whom I get to share this life's experience on a daily basis. I am also the son of amazing, fun parents who instilled in me a love of life, family, service and adventure, and the grandson of four grandparents without equal who have shown through their examples that happiness in this life is to be found through trying to live according to the teachings of Jesus Christ and placing the Savior and family at the forefront of all we do. I love being out-of-doors--in the mountains, at the beach, at a ballgame, on the golf course, coaching a practice, or just enjoying a walk or meal outside with family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the Savior Jesus Christ. He is the center of my life and He is the head of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As a husband, father and son I strive to live according to the Savior's teachings, and find that as I do that, I find great happiness and unspeakable fulfillment through my family. The Savior leads His church today through living apostles and prophets who speak His words and provide guidance specific to our day and time. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have given us the Book of Mormon in our day to come to know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is their church, established again upon the earth. It is through reading the Book of Mormon and hearing and feeling the quite, still voice and gentle impressions of the Holy Ghost that I have come to know this is Their church, and how I continue to nourish my testimony to this day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to become like Jesus Christ and by striving to see and love others like He did. I enjoy learning of the Savior's life and mission through studying His words and teachings found in the Bible and Book of Mormon and through the words of the living apostles and prophets both on my own and with my family. I have the opportunity through my current calling in the church to teach others about the Savior's amazing grace made possible by His atonement and to help others feel of and know of Heavenly Father's and Jesus Christ's love for them and to help them experience the redemptive and enabling power of the atonement in their lives.
