Hi I'm Kimble

I grew up in Utah. I was a competitive gymnast, and am now a competitive diver. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a competitive gymnast, but because of an injury I am now a competitive diver. I have been called to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to Busan Korea. Following my mission, I will attend college while diving on the collegiate team. I have been trained and certified as an EMT, and hope to one day be a surgeon or emergency room physician. I enjoy snow skiing, rock climbing, traveling, and being outside.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ's church restored once again to the earth. I have read the Book of Mormon, and have asked God to know if it is His word. I have received an answer, and I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I am so grateful for this knowledge, and for the blessings that come with following Jesus Christ and His church. I know that by following Him, and being a member of His church, we can have lasting happiness in this life and in the next. Not only that, but I am so grateful for the knowledge that I have received. I know where I came from, why I am here, and where I am going after this life. I am also grateful for the relationship that I can have with God. I know that He is there, and He loves me. He wants what is best for me, and I can lean on Him. I can ask for direction, and He will guide me. I am so grateful for this knowledge, and for the happiness that the gospel brings to my life. Again, I know that this church is Christ's Church. He leads it, and those who lean on Him, trust Him, and follow Him will be blessed.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to keep God's commandments and by serving others. I also live my faith by participating in youth leadership positions. These positions try and bring the young people of our church closer to God. As part of these leadership positions I have been able to plan and put on events that are aimed at bringing people closer to God. I also live my faith by accepting my call to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have been called to serve in Busan Korea for a period of 24 months. While I am there I will be serving the people, teaching them about what I believe, and trying to bring them closer to Jesus Christ.
