Hi I'm Sharon Hall

I'm a mormon

About Me

About me: I’m a mother of six children who are all married. My husband and I have 22 grandchildren and are hoping for more. Teaching high school for twenty years was more a hobby than a job, I just loved it. I am now retired and my good husband and I were able to serve a mission in Kenya, Africa in 2011 and are currently serving in Nauvoo Illinois. I love to take road trips, plan family gatherings, and squeeze my grandkids.

Why I am a Mormon

Why are you a Mormon? Although I was born and raised in a member family, I found the need to know for myself that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was true. I am very thankful for the many experiences that have bore witness to me and strengthened my testimony. I am a Mormon because I have prayed to know. Everyone will have trials, heartaches and sadness but this church brings me hope. I am a Mormon because when I follow the gospel path I find comfort and joy.

How I live my faith

How I live my Faith: The gospel of Jesus Christ is more than a religion to me. It is my way of life. I love it and I want to live it. I consider it in all my choices and decisions. As a mother raising my family, I found so much help and encouragement by following the teachings of our Savior. I want to be a part of inviting others to “Come unto Christ”.
