Hi I'm Makenzi

I'm a student. I am a dirt biker. I am an aspiring graphic designer. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student studying to become a web and graphic designer. I love being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and riding dirtbikes. I love to spend my time with my family going to the races, riding, boating, and working together. I help my parents at their business in town and enjoy learning new skills in the process. I also love to play volleyball and throw shotput. I am an active girl of many interests.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it gives me a standard to hold to in this world. I have chosen to live the principles of this Gospel because I can become a better person everyday through it and through Jesus Christ. I choose to follow Christ because He was perfect and I hope to one day be too. This is a church of love and service and thats what we need in this world, is more kindness and charity and I want to be able to give that to others. I know that there is nothing else on this Earth that will give me the joy that I feel now. I know that no one else can give me a second chance like Jesus can. I testify that Jesus loves me and all His children on this Earth and all that ever were and will come to it. I have felt His love and seen Him answer my prayers and give me strength in my trials. I a grateful to have been raised in the church and I am grateful I choose to stay because I know for myself that Christ saves and He loves me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith when I make time to study the scriptures. It brings me closer to Heavenly Father and my purpose here on Earth. I live my faith in being an example to others at school. I encourage my roommates to come to church and I am active in our weekly activities where we get to know others that we attend church with. I live it when I have a conversation with a friend or family member about my testimony and how I have seen the Lord bless me in my everyday life. I live my faith when I respect my body with what I wear and what I consume. I live my faith everyday.
