Hi I'm Eddie Ebisos

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Ut. I have been called to serve as a missionary in Fort Worth, Tx. speaking Marshallese. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love football. I played for 6 years as a running back. My favorite college team is the Utah Utes. I also plan on going to the U when I get back from my mission. I love to play guitar as well. Me and my dad taught ourselves how to play, and now we help teach others. I worked as a gymnastics coach for two and a half years, and loved every second of it. The kids were fun and I loved to help them learn.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church so I've always had a good foundation. However, just because I grew up in the church doesn't mean that I am required to stay. I've had to find a testimony of my own. I've done a lot of searching the scriptures, and praying to know what is right. I wouldn't have stayed in the church if I didn't feel that it was right. But because I put in the work myself, I was able to gain knowledge, and know that this church is true. I continue to follow this gospel because I can feel the difference it makes in my life when I don't follow the teachings of our church. I can feel the difference that following the churches morals makes in my life. I love this gospel and have a testimony that if anybody lacks wisdom, and if they ask god for answers, that they will know that this church is true also.

How I live my faith

In my ward I help out by teaching the kids in primary. I teach them basic gospel doctrines and stories about Jesus Christ. I also am a home teacher. I go to members house's once a month to see how they're doing and if they need any help. Me and my companion will share a lesson, and then talk about it with the families we visit. I think it's fulfilling to always be helping others through the church, and I look for opportunities to do so.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Eddie Ebisos
Husband, wives, and families can all be together forever. We can all get married and sealed together in temple if we are baptized and continually strive to be better. If we follow the commandments, and live righteous lives then we are promised that we will be with our families again forever. Show more Show less
