Hi I'm Aaron

I grew up in Kennewick, WA. I love doing gymnastics. I'm going on a two year mission to New Jersey. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Washington State for most of my life. I love living in Washington but also loved the three years that my family and I lived in Colorado, when I was about 12. I am the third of six kids in my family. I've done competitive men's gymnastics for 10 years and was a level 10 last year. I now go to Brigham Young University Provo and plan to major in Business Marketing. I am going on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints this fall. I will be serving in the New Jersey Morristown Mission speaking Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the gospel, so I have seen the amazing blessings that come with following the teachings that are found there. I have many friends who are not members of this church and I've seen the unnecessary struggles that they have to go through, because they don't know the fact that God love each of us and has a plan. I have not had to worry about what happens after we die, because I know that through Jesus Christ's Atonement I can live with my family forever. I have had so many large and small experiences that testify to me that that is true. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for my whole life. Since first becoming an official member when I was baptized at eight years old, I have participated in many aspects of the Church. I have been in the presidencies of my young men's organizational groups, along with being on the Seminary Council for my high school. However, even more important to me is the time I spend studying the Book of Mormon and other Bible, communicating with my Heavenly Father through personal prayer, and attending church services. I also am preparing to serve a mission, which means I trying extra hard to know the scriptures and so I will be able to teach others, to bring them closer to Christ and allow them to feel the joy that I experience from the gospel.
