Hi I'm Jen

I love music and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Seoul, South Korea. I was adopted to the United States when I was 8 years old. My family is the greatest treasure of my live. I can't imagine my life without them. I love playing piano, especially hymns. I currently am a college student studying business. I want to transfer to a university and study music later.

Why I am a Mormon

I gained my personal testimony and was able to strengthen my faith through my family. Knowing that I will be able to live with my family forever by keeping the commandments, remembering the covenants I made with my Heavenly Father, and repenting of my sins, gives me the strength and hope to overcome trials and continuously follow His gospel. I am grateful for this gospel in my life and the blessings I receive through it. It brings so much happiness and joy knowing the things I know that are true.

How I live my faith

I am the sacrament/choir pianist in my ward. I never thought of myself as an important part of my ward. But as I played hymns and participated in special musicals in my ward, I was able to feel the spirit that was brought through music. I have come to realize music is an important and essential part of how I live my faith and how I learn more about the gospel.
