Hi I'm Tyler Morris

I am a city boy, always have been always will be. I'm a nerf gun enthusiast. I love riding dirt bikes. And I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a city kid! I was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada and loved every second of it. I loved spending time with my family. I am from a family of 8 kids. All of my siblings are my best friends. I love to spend time riding dirt bikes with my brothers. I also like any thing that gives me an adrenaline rush. For example: I loved to skateboard, BMX bike, and downhill long boarding. My current record downhill on a longboard is 55 MPH. As much as I love all of those things I have currently put them aside to serve a mission in Chicago Illinois. Because even though I love extreme things, I also have a love for God and Jesus Christ and want to share that with others.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon all of my life. But that doesn't mean that I always believed. It wasn't until I was about 16 years old when I decided to read the Book of Mormon and ask if the teachings were correct. After much reading and praying, I know without a doubt in my heart that the church is true. That is why I continue to go to church and strengthen my faith.

How I live my faith

I would say the way I live my faith is by serving those around me. I grew up in the church and have always had a desire to serve others. There is an indescribable feeling that I get when I help and serve others. I like to think that by doing this, I can show my faith in Jesus Christ. There is a Primary Hymn that says, "I'm trying to be like Jesus." What better way to try and be like Jesus is there? Jesus Christ was the perfect example of service. I have continued serving others by helping them come unto Christ as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. As a missionary we are constantly doing service for other people. I love to see the joy that the gospel brings to other people's lives.
