Hi I'm Brandon Czirr

I love basketball, I could play that all day. I play the guitar, ski sometimes, and I enjoy making people laugh. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up most of my life in Washington, and I love it there. Currently I'm heading out to serve the Lord for two years on a mission to Bentonville, Arkansas. I love playing basketball, I could do that all day, everyday. I played soccer for 8 years, and played defense. I've played some piano, cello, and string bass, and now I play guitar. I've made a homemade wooden chess set with my dad to donate to a hospice house. I go skiing about once a year with my friends or family and I've even rolled down a black diamond slope. I have a mom and a dad and two younger sisters and a younger brother. My favorite family trips have been backpacking up the Eagle Caps for a week in the summer. I love getting out in the beautiful mountains and working hard, all the while getting to spend good time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of the testimony and truth I've found in the church as I've lived it and tested it out in faith for myself. I grew up in the church, but I still had to put in the work and faith and diligence that was required in order to know for myself that it was true. The people in the church aren't perfect, but they are all trying their best to be more Christlike and that makes all the difference. The Holy Ghost has testified to me in so many ways that this church is true, and each act of faith I make and each sacrifice I make backs that up and strengthens my testimony even more. I love my Savior Jesus Christ, and I know he has saved me from the bondage of sin. I know Heavenly Father hears and answers our prayers. I know that by living worthy, we can be guided by the Holy Ghost to know what we should do. I know Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and I know the Book of Mormon to be true. I'm so grateful for all the blessings I've been given through my membership in this church, and I say this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being kind, positive and trying my best to be like my Savior Jesus Christ. I learn so much from his example. I go to church with a goal to participate so that I can learn something new each time. I go with other members to visit the people in our ward who are too sick to make it to church that week and give them an opportunity to partake of the Sacrament. I join service projects when I can, ranging from mowing lawns, to hanging up lights, to moving people in and out of houses. I try to reach out to the members in my class so that they can all feel welcome, and in my everyday life I try to be the best example I can so that others can see what Christ can do for them-just what He did for me.
