Hi I'm Jared

Hi I'm Jared Brewer, I love to play video games, watch animation and draw. I'm a gamer Mormon.

About Me

Hey there I'm Jared, I was born in Provo, Utah, but moved down when I was around 1 year old to Southern California with my family. Growing up I had one older brother and three younger sisters. I was never really out going and was one of them scenery kids growing up. I'm a gamer (You know Zelda, Halo, Indie. and the like) and love to sketch, I love the arts and I consider anything that expresses yourself positively to be art. I also love music and am a nut at collecting more and more of it especially violin, but also piano and soundtrack sort of music as well. Currently, I'm serving a mission out in the Florida, Tallahassee Mission and I love it. I have never met so many great people before at once in my life and it always gets better. I try to help out the mission by drawing things. When I get off my mission I plan to go to a school that will teach me to be better at my sketching and getting me on the right path. I want to be a Animator/background artist. That may be a long way off at the moment, but I won't let anyone tell me that this path is wrong just as I wouldn't tell that to them about their dreams.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because I was born into the church, but even I had to be converted before I could be who I am. I'm Mormon because I know that the Book of Mormon is true, I've always known even if it didn't slap me in the face with the truth. I know that Jesus is the Christ and that he did see the people on the other side of the world as it says in the Book of Mormon and Heavenly Father allowed that to happen because he loves all his children. And also, because he loves us, he would not leave us in the dark forever and would have Jesus Christ's Perfect Church restored to the earth again. The Church is true and perfect even though it may be ran by imperfect people. That is why I'm Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith currently by helping people find a greater faith in Jesus Christ and getting them on that road headed back to their Heavenly Father. I live to be ready to respond to the spirit when he prompts. I may not be perfect, but I will not let that stop me from improving.
