Hi I'm Benjamin

I grew up in Idaho. I have been called to Labor in the Bentonviille Arkansas mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from Idaho Falls, Idaho I am the middle child of 9 My favorite hobby is to collect coins My favorite sport is football

Why I am a Mormon

One event in my life stands out from the rest. I will always remember, with extreme clarity, the day I tore my ACL. I was playing basketball. I jumped into the air and grabbed the ball. This was all normal occurrence to me, what happened next is what hit me from left field. I came down on my knee wrong. Words cannot describe the pain of my injury. Words could not describe my anger and pain as many told me I wouldn't be able to play football again. My senior season was five months away and the estimated recovery time from my procedure was six to nine months. This was grim news for a boy who loved the game. I knew returning to the field again was the only option for me. So, I pushed through the pain and dedicated the next five months to recovery. I pursued my goal by rehabbing three hours a day. Five months passed and my goal became a reality. The doctors told me I could play football. Even though this may seem like a simple recovery story, I learned countless lessons and gained many blessings. I learned how to trust and rely on the lord. Through this experience I learned that anything is possible with faith and trust in christ.

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is by being an example to others. Communication through words is not always the best way to communicate. Often times in order for us to get our point across we need to use actions. This is why being an example is so important. Through our actions, everyone will be able to see the good light within us.
