Hi I'm Lindsey

I was born and raised in Utah. I love to shop, play basketball, and eat french toast. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have four brothers and no sisters! I enjoy playing basketball and softball. I also like to go wake surfing, water skiing, and tubing in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. I love to go shopping for anything, and everything! I went to college for two semesters, but decided to put school off for 18 months to serve in the Missouri Independence Mission! I am currently serving there, and loving every minute!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a city in Utah, where most all of my friends were members of the church. I was raised Mormon, and attended church every week with my family. I chose to be baptized when I was eight, but I really gained a testimony after I read the Book of Mormon. I grew up hearing that if I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to know if it was true, then I would receive an answer. When I was 14, I finished the Book of Mormon, and I decided to pray about it. As I was praying, I felt the spirit testify to me that the Book of Mormon was true, and that Heavenly Father loved me. I still remember and reflect on this experience, and I know that I have a Father in Heaven that hears and answers my prayers.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in the Missouri Independence Mission! I love being able to share the gospel with others because that is the thing that has brought me the most joy in my life. Before my mission, I served in the primary and taught young children the basic doctrines of the gospel. While I was serving as a primary teacher, I came to know how much God loves His little children, and how precious they are to Him.
