Hi I'm Daniela Quiroz

I was born in Mexico. I grew up in Arizona. I'm an immigrant. I'm a college junior. Im a Mormon.

About Me

Ive lived in Arizona for most of my life and although it feels like I'm living in an oven at times, I love it. My family immigrated to the United States when I was about two years old and we have been here ever since. Living here I have been able to attend school and take part in sports. Although some may say that Cross Country isn't a sport I have to disagree. I love running up and down hills and challenging myself to be better, faster, and stronger. Currently I am attending a University and have battled with early on set "senioritis". Although I may struggle at times I have really enjoyed college so far and have persevered to my Junior year of college. Aside from my education, I love to go out and hike mountains and basically, do anything outdoors. I don't necessarily have plans to travel the entire world some day but I would really love to hike my way through a bunch of places. I guess you can say I really like adventure

Why I am a Mormon

I am so thankful of having the gospel in my life. I'm a Mormon because I know the gospel of Jesus Christ is true. Looking back at my life I have been able to observe the difference between the times in which I have been seeking the lords hand in my life and and when I have chosen to go in other directions. I have searched fro truth in my Life and I have come to know only a couple of things, the most important being, that I know that Christ is my Savior. I know that through his atonement not only am I made free of my sins but I can feel peace in my life for every unfair aspect that is living here on earth.I know that through Christ everything is perfected. I know that Christ loves each and very one of us who has lived on this earth. I know that the book of mormon is true and that Christ has made himself known unto all nations and all people. I am so thankful I a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

Currently I am attending a ward of young adults between the age of 18 and 30 this ward has certainly been a blessing to be apart of. At this time I participate in the church by being a friend and welcoming those who attend our ward. I am currently a ward missionary but will soon be a full time missionary serving in California. Right now my job is to help members of my ward feel welcome and to simply be a friend. I also help in teaching gospel class at church and I love it.
