Hi I'm Sara Oseen

Born and raised in Idaho Falls. I'm 20 years old, but still find myself listening to Hannah Montana. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from high school in 2014 and then began college soon after. I attended Brigham Young University-Idaho for two semesters. I strive to achieve good grades, but that doesn't mean I would choose school over social events. I love to be surrounded by people and getting to know others. Spontaneous dance parties are always a welcomed thing in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I have lived a very blessed and joyful life, but it has not been an easy journey. Through out my life time I have experienced heart breaks, worries, and several other emotions. These times have been difficult, but have been bearable because of my Savior, Jesus Christ. On my worst days it was very comforting to know that hope and a healed heart laid ahead. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ all was possible. I can forgive the ones who have wronged me and I can feel peace and joy in my darkest hours. God gives us these experiences to make us better and mold us into what he wants us to become. I choose to live this gospel because I would be lost and broken without my Savior. Without my Savior the happiness I feel would not be possible. Hope, charity, grace, and happiness can all be achieved through being a member of his church.

How I live my faith

When I attended BYU-Idaho I had a lot of opportunities to serve the students around me. A calling I had at school was to organize activities that the young women of my ward could attend to. These actives really helped the girls get to know each other and a stress free environment from school. The stronger our relationships got with the girls who lived around us the easier it was to feel at home. Through stronger relationships we were able to serve each other better and follow Christ's example.

What is faith?

Sara Oseen
Faith isn't always the easiest thing to do. It can be scary and very uncertain. Our Savior, Jesus Christ will not let us fall. Life can very hard and the future can seem bleak and not joyous. This is where faith comes in. At times it is needed to step back from the mess you are dealing with and hand it over to God, who will direct you to where you need to be. Faith that our bad days will become amazing days."Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee.." (Psalms 55:22.) The Lord will not abandon us he is there every step of the way and through faith we can feel his presence. Show more Show less
