Hi I'm Jeffrey

I live in Utah, my dad teaches Seminary, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy playing video games, building with Legos, and reading. I am more of an indoors person rather than a sports person. I have completed my first year of college.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, and I have a firm belief in it. I have gained a testimony of this church as God has helped me through my trials and answered my prayers.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by looking for ways that I may serve others. At church I help bless and pass the sacrament.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Jeffrey
A testimony is a spiritual witness given by the Holy Ghost when you exercise your faith. As a Mormon I have a testimony that God and Jesus Christ love us. That Jesus went through the Atonement so that we could return to live with God, and that this church is lead by modern day prophets. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Jeffrey
Mormons believe the purpose of this life is to prepare to return to live with God. We gain experience and go through tests to prove we are worthy of returning to heaven. Show more Show less

What is faith?

Jeffrey
Faith is hope, based on evidence, of things which you have not seen but which are true. If you have faith you will trust that god will help you. You exercise your faith by praying to God and obeying his commandments. If you do this the Holy Ghost will bare witness that what you are doing is right. Show more Show less
